you can not base your decision on the pay package alone. you should consider your field of study and area of interest, then the training and career advancement that both jobs offer.

I may not know much about the Bank and NBC but from the tone of this our sister quoted above, I will advise you not to take the offer from NBC. Beside the NBC expected offer is still at large. Also, you should go on your kneel and ask God the way forward on this issue. For me, I think 1.8M is not bad for the economy.

Well, u have to make a choice but there are several factors u might consider apart from the money aspect like stress of bank job, where u live and where d bank is but i must add, a bird in hand, ! all the best

Either Bank or NBC can be stressful but Bank is more cooperate. At this junction where u need to make the crucial decision, I will advice stongly dat u seek God's consent. His opinion is wat counts. Congrats still

I sincerely appreciate your advice. But the problem is that if accept the bank offer, i cant leave the bank untill after two years. That is the condition specified on the appointment letter and I m going to function in marketing department. Folabim, you said you are a living testimony. What is NBC working condition really like. My brother prayer is wat will assist u in situations of this kind. PAY shudn't be the basis of pickin up a jab offer.i believe God will give u insight but if am to advise u pick up the bank offer n 4get the marketing stuff. or are u afraid of the heat in marketing? Congrats 2 u
