Problem Defined Is A Problem Half Solved. The fact is Celtel's MMS will never wok again if you stick to there IP address 172.18.254.5 port 800. Change your ip to 172.16.103.30 port 15871 or 172.0.0.1 port 8567 or 172.23.1.12. Am currently using the ip 172.23.1.12 with a port i wish not to reveal yet. So it left for anyone hunting for celtel’s mms browsing to use ip 172.23.1.12 and try out ports numbers

Note: some port numbers will keep loading till it says time out error,
some port will tell u page not found ,
some will redirect you to an apache site

While some will work just fine

I said the above IP addresses won't work without it correct port number.

info, i don try the ips n ports too but no success abeg drop me the correct port no for YIM(abibio2001) abeg.
