I ve been observing this trend for awhile, i dont know if it is obtainable in other cities apart from Abuja. There has been fuel scarcity for weeks, but everyday, u see guys hawk d same fuel in jerry cans on the d roads. My question is: do those guys have their own refinery? Who supplies to them, n why has d person refused to supply to d filling stations?  naija! |
