The legal war between Apple and Samsung continues and the latest move from the South Korean conglomerate is adding some of the new products that were recently announced by Apple.



The already long list of Apple products that Samsung claims violates their patents will now include the new fourth generation iPad with Retina display, iPad mini and the fifth generation iPod touch.

But that’s not all. Samsung had also recently requested the court to take a look at the settlement agreement between Apple and HTC and the US Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal has now granted that request. Samsung is arguing that Apple has no issues with the competitors using its IP as long as they pay licensing fees and since Samsung would be paying $1 billion to Apple anyway for losing in court it now wants to avoid getting an injunction against their products as well, which would take them off the market.
