Good for you. How did you know that you've really become a born-again? What was the initial feeling like?

Well, i dnt have an 'inspiring story' like most people do in terms of conversion, like yours. I grew up a kind of straight guy, a 'good boy'. There were times i went cold, but i never went rogue. I always believed in God, was taught christian principles, and at a point i did d important...accepting Jesus officially (confession). No too much story to tell.

when u expirience the transformation, its not something you go out talking about it everywhere. It was my own special moment with God,his son and the Holy Spirit. Its somehow unexlainable for me because I didn't know what was going on,we were praying in church, the pastor was laying hands on individuals,I wasn't among them but after everyone had gone back to their seats,I felt pushed,my feet just kinda moved foward to the alter and Pastor already knew my situation.I didn't tell him anything,he prayed for me and that feeling of being whole, feeling remorseful and somehow happy filled me.Iam certain the Holy spirit was @ work,I worshipped God,I thanked him and just shout out to him.I don't know how long I was there but I was told it was quiet a long time.

From that day onwards I just know I have a helper in me,Iam confident and content with God.I lack nothing spiritualy.

That's ma story in a nutshell,spill urz

wow! Interesting.
Like I said earlier, I've always being. But there was a period, not too distant, when I began to question some of the things I believed in. I wanted to appreciate faith with reason. That was when I had my philosophical baptism. I've always being iniquisitive. That helped me a lot in stabilizing to what I am now. I began to see beyond the physical form of things, into the abstract and picture them in isolation. My atheism, on the rise. My major problem then was: 'if God is all-powerful, why does He allow the good man to die in the hand of who/whatsoever?'. I also began to question whether Christainity was the truth, the truth I needed for eternal breath. I then switched to understanding the nature of what is true, that by the virtue of it, easily, I can spot the untrue. There began my journey to faith solidification. Not that I was really molten, but that my christainity needed redefination. If there was one thing I learnt that period, it was: 'you don't learn anything by looking outward'. I began to focus on the interior. Like reading a sweet novel, I began to see the characters, the drama as it unfolds while reading my bible. Literature, science and philosophy as my guide. Gradually, I rose above my partial atheist mentality. I was now able to feel the presence of the spirit in a prayer gathering. Then, I saw the face of God.lol.

Goodmorning beloved

Where is everyone?

I kinda think someone who said christians love calling themselves that but never share their interests in public was avtualy telling the truth.Someone would be happy to see a church grow but never wanna participate in making it grow,he would love to have a lot of brothers and sisters in the Lord but never goes out to be a fisher of man.

We can't expect this chatbox to interest people when we actualy have no interest in dropping by.

The last time I saw Pastor was wen we first launched this and he was never seen.

Good morning everyone. It's been a somewhat busy week, sorry i haven't been able to drop by as often as i woulda wanted.
How is it going with y'all?

Gracie, i think I'll post my story later today. Twasn't much of a turning point, more like a self awareness.

Off topic....
So was thinking of Christmas shopping. What would u like for Christmas??

You may not necessarily be in church but make sure you carve out time for ur spiritual growth. If u start to marginalize God, he may just do the same to you. Ask for grace dear, its what you need now.
