meipsum1: @Logic boy, must you force your believes on everyone? I have been keeping tabs on you for awhile, you claim to be an atheist, no problem, since alot of people had admonished you and you are still unrepentant. Why not leave people alone to their believes, as patient as God is, in Revelations HE said "He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. " (Revelation 22:11-12). "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God..." (Psalm 14:1). "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God..." (Psalm 53:1). If you believe there is no God, no problem. Just live us alone, stop trying(desperately) to make us believe what you believe. LIVE AND LET'S LIVE!

You have been keeping tabs on me because you know I say the raw truth. You didnt choose to keep tabs on some tithe preaching fella or some quiet artheist but me.

The cannot accept simple modern scientific truths, but they would easily accept that all humanity are doomed to eternal hellvfire on account of one talking snake that, somehow, duped an omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent god some 6000yrs?
What a bunch.

lol.....these guys live with contradictions on a daily basis. Take for instance the fact that secular nations are more advanced, peaceful and moral than religious ones. They cant give any explanation for that and so they just chalk it up to "evidence of the end times"...."rich/comfortable people dont care about god".

Logicboy03: You know that the bible is nonsense.
It may be nonsense to you, but it means a lot to me.

Atheism may mean a lot to you, but its nonsense to me...we definitely cannot have a common ground.

Logicboy03: How could Adam and Eve have Hebrew names?
Here we go again...Adam was named before hebrew language came into existence...during creation, there was only one language...hebrew wasn't in existence then, so Adam isn't hebrew.

Logicboy03: Furthermore, how could 2 people populate the earth?
Incase you don't know, its possible for two people to populate the earth...if you say that the earth is over 6000 years old, then its possible for two people (Adam and Eve) to have populated it within that space of time.

To αℓℓ those who say humans can't possibly come from apes because the very idea of it is ridiculous and impossible. I couldn't have agreed more until I realised that every human is born from an egg and sperm. In ℳα opinion it is more ridiculous to believe this than to believe that humans come from apes(that look like humans). But this is fact!
@op Christains believe they come from Adam. I have issues deciding what to believe so I can not give you the answer. But this much I can say. The very foundation of ChriStainity isn't logical so I doubt if anyone can explain it's doctrines with logic.

you atheists are a funny lot.

Bear in mind that apes came from fish which in turn came from goo according to the crazy brand of evolution that many of you hold on to.

What stands between you and a belief in GOD is Pride and God has therefore handed you and co over to incredible delusions.

There is evidence for common descent.

I am waiting for evidence for God, Adam and Eve.

So far 2,000 years and counting, no evidence

So you believe you are from Adam because your quoran tells you so. ☺ķªª¥. How do you know your Quran speaks the truth. And don' say "Because it is the Quran" that might make sense to a born Muslim, but not me. The only thing I and you have in common is reasonableness. Appeal to ℳα reason. Give мe Logic. Frosbel, I pointed out to you earlier that you also come from a tiny fish called spermatozoa, which , before that stage was just a tiny piece of dna and goo.
Do you dispute that?
Why did your god not just create you whole? Why go through the trouble of passing through the different gestation phases in your development/evolution to a full human species?

The origin of creation: clay and water!

In the Quran, Allah reveals that the creation of man is a miracle. The first human beingwas created by Allah shaping clay into a human form and then breathing a soul into it, Allah (SWT) says in Quran :
( Your Lord said to the angels,"I am going to create a humanbeing out of clay. When I haveformed him and breathed My Spirit into him, fall down in prostration to him! " ) (Quran 38:71-72)
and also says :
" Then inquire of them: Is it they who are stronger in structure or other things We have created? We created them from sticky clay " (Quran 37:11)
When the human body is examined today, many elements present on the earthare also discovered to be found in the human body. Living tissues contain 95% carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, phosphorus and sulphur, with a total of 26 different elements.
In another verse of the Quran we are told:
" We created man from an extract of clay " (Quran 23:12)
The Arabic word " sulala ," translated as "extract" in the verse, means "representative example, essence." As we have seen, the information revealed in the Quran 1,400 years ago confirms what modern science tells us-the fact that the same elements as those found in the soil are employed in the human creation .
Below is a diagram showing the distribution of the elements in a 70-kilo human being.

As we notice above water forms the main component of the human being and any other being. Allah (SWT) says :
" Allah created every [living] creature from water. Some of them go on their bellies, someof them on two legs, and some on four. Allah creates whatever He wills. Allah has power over all things " (Quran, 24:45)
" and We made from water every living thing? So will theynot believe?" (Quran, 21:30)

"And it is He Who created human beings from water and then gave them relations by blood and marriage. Your Lord is All-Powerful" (25:54)
When we look at the verses concerned with the creation ofhuman beings and living things, we clearly see evidence of a miracle. One such miracle is of the creationof living things from water. It was only possible for people to come across that information, clearly expressedin those verses, hundreds of years afterwards with the invention of the microscope.
All life forms need water in order to survive. Animals in dry regions, therefore, have been created with mechanisms to protect their metabolisms from water loss and to ensure maximum benefit from water use. If water loss takes place in the body for any reason, and if that loss is not replaced, death will result in a few days. The famous 17th century scientist Jan Baptista van Helmont discovered in 1640s that water in the soil was the most important element of plant development.

We are finally making progress! Thinking. So what you have so far said is that your quran is the truth because even scientific discoveries have confirmed the things spoken of in the quran. So, if I give you strong facts that point to the fact that things in your quran disagree with scientific facts, with reality as we know it. Will you accept that your quran is false?
