every day you have d shares quoted on d floor or dailies available,but b4 u buy why dont u get a paper or a stockwatch magazine & check your desired choice of purchase.The question is what are u checking & d answer is check d high & low of d share this year then compare it with d current price.From this little analysis,you know if d current share price is high.though there are factors that determine this like is dividend about to be paid,availability etc.safe investing to you.

idmoore,cscs is free,but at a particular time they mention that 2000 naira will be paid.Ask a broker for more info.
