It's sad we all can't see that beauty. An artist takes details of nature,observe every grain of it as he moves around. Like me, i observe alot...like travelling just to watch nature.

One of the most difficult paint to use is water colour(poster colour),so dont be discouraged,with time you will understand how it works. i have mastered how to use it to some extent just by practicing with it...doing trial and error.
You can try your hands on oil paint but the problem is that its expensive unlike water colour.

you can discuss with a professional artist around, so you can reproduce his works, and in the process learn. That way you wont waste your canvas,if that's one of your fears.
