I was on my way to work today when I saw this military man on uniform riding a motorcycle on the express lane of the Ikorodu road.
My question is does the okada ban not affect security officials, or does the fact that he's on uniform make him above the Law Would like to hear your reactions to this.

I dont think so. I think the ban affects both civilians and military personnel.

I think this might be a case of military personnel feeling that they are above Civilian Law.

OP, I'm tempted to think that you've joined the news casting quest.
The ban is on the use of motorcycles for commercial purposes. Private use is not banned

lol @ news casting quest, but really, private or commercial I havnt seen any civilians riding a bike on the express since the ban. btw is there anyway of distinguishing a private okada from a commercial one?

@op,

talk like you got some sense. motorcycles are not banned for private use and self-transportation, they are banned for commercial use to ferry passengers.
