No it can't. Ur phone is not international version GT-I9300. if you flash it, u will probably brick ur phone. There are ROMs for that version I think. But not Neat ROM.

Samsung ROMs are TouchWiz (TW) based. And the latest Official YW based ROMs are 4.1.2 for the S3. However the S4 is releasing with TW based 4.2.2.

Well said but like all aokp and aosp custom roms, it gets better with each update.... I rather stick with custom aokp roms than touchwiz with its ram hungry bloated wares.. By the way.. Jellybam, a combo of all the top roms.. It's quite stable and is recommended.. No camera bugs, or bugatti can't deal with

Pls any body know where buy s3 outer screen?
