All universities require that students meet a certain minimum requirement for the program they hope to study. In this article, I’m going to highlight the minimum requirements students must meet to study in major universities of the world.
I’m starting with the undergraduate study. To study at the undergraduate level, students are required to have graduated from the high school and acquire the high school certificate. A minimum of five O’level credit passes in related discipline is usually needed. Some schools might require additional qualification like Cambridge certificate, before one could be given a study offer.
Postgraduate study requirements

In addition, there is need to have a good English and you can prove this by writing Toefl Ibt or relevant English test exams.

Thats right, but some schools accept O'level WAEC/WASCE with a credit pass in use of english.
