A woman gave birth to a set of twins,the first baby came out at about 11;55pm 31st december 2012 and the second baby came out at about 00;05am 1st january 2013.I over heard some people saying they were not born same day and year.Please whats your opinion,are they twins and would they celebrate their birthdays same day? |

Yes they are biological twins separated by a few minutes. To be twins. . . THEY MUST HAVE BEEN CONCEIVED AT THE SAME TIME. That is the determining factor!  |
