Facials do not lighten you, they brighten your face by removing old dead skin cells.

Bleaching your skin isn't healthy for you. But instead you should aim to even your skin tone. I use Vaseline cocoa butter lotion and a Neutrogena facial toner. I don't know if they sell those products in Nigeria, but they've really helped to keep my skin tone to one even color. That's better than bleaching.
