Role: To perform the repair & maintenance of existing ones and supervise installation of new freezer(s) and chiller(s) in the business.
Principal responsibilities
 Provide repair and maintenance of all chillers and freezers for all chillers and freezers with the business.
 Implement all planned preventive maintenance activities for all chillers and freezers within the business.
 Maintain a job card for all chillers and freezers in the business and maintain records of repair expense.
Work Activities

 Repair or replace defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and reassemble equipment.
 Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure chillers and freezers continue to run smoothly.
 Inspect drives, fan motors, check gas level, replace filters, perform routin service or perform other maintenance actions in line with the designed check list.
 Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, wrenches, manifold gauge, charging hose, welding set e.t.c.
 Maintain the protective devises of chillers and freezers at 0% breakdown towards smooth operation
 Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems determine how to correct them.
 Maintain records of maintenance expenses of chillers and freezers within the business and give monthly report of the same
 Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
 Provide routine maintenance servicing for all chillers and freezers condensing unit quarterly.
 provide other duties that may be assigned by the management.
