The art of lovemaking between married couples is an act of worship to God. Instead of one to burn from lack, please enjoy your spouse. In christendom, christians are not bound by law, we know the truth and that sets us free. The holy spirit directs our paths, orders our steps and God's grace over shadows us. If you want your spouse during fasting and the desire is such you can't hold, please do not kill yourself, go and enjoy him/her |

The whole essence of fasting is to deny your body.If u still have to be intimate,then what is the essence of the fast.One thing about Christianity is that you receive grace for self control.Even the bible says for the sake of fasting couples can be separated. |

Gboliwe:u dnt understand.During fasting,there is a stipulated period of time.Within that time,u don't eat.The same with lovemaking,within the stipulated time,u dnt av it. That's the whole essence of fasting,it is to say no while it lasts.It conditions your body and helps to keep ur body under control. |
