Pls i just moved in with my partner into her council flat and we have a british child together,she is british but am not british yet,I have a resident permit with no recourse to public fund.
My question is she wants to fill the tax credit form to make a claim for our daughter because she goes to nursing Thursdays&friday.
I want to know if it is going to affect me when I will renew my papars? Pls advise
