We seek to appoint PHP Web Developers with a high degree of technical competency that will focus on frontend and backend design and development. The ideal incumbent will be able to operate at a senior level, be a strong team player, able to work in a deadline driven environment and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Interested candidate is expected to drive and deliver projects such as: eCommerce store, portal apps (database development), online news publishing / social media site, CMS sites, and other software/application development for various clients of ours which will also include SMS and mobile applications.

Education Qualification & Job Requirements.
- Formal industry certification / diploma / degree specialising in Applications from recognised Institutions.
- Ability to develop portal applications in RAW php coding.
- Minimum of 3 years of active experience in web programming/software development.
- A very good knowledge in PHP/Microsoft.Net (C#), CMS, .NET 2.0 Skills, CSS, Coldfusion, Adobe Suites and MYSQL/SQL, HTML, Javascript, AJAX and related development technologies.
- Skill in use of various Open Source tools such as Joomla, WordPress, Zend, Drupal, Mootools, etc are added advantage
- Skill in mobile applications web technologies is also very important.
- Ability to learn new skills fast.
- Translate business requirements into solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Take responsibility for application development.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with a “can do” attitude.
- The ability to drive projects from START to FINISH, frontend and backend.
- Ability to manage small project teams / previous Project Management skills is required.
- We expect this person to mentor other staff members, feed into analysis and project management, and drive development initiatives.
