I just bought a keke napep and I intend to give it out on lease but I do not know what the process entails.what documents do I need to provide and how does the agreement look like(as in format?) Does the lesee need guarantors? I'll be grateful if I get answers as soon as possible.Thanks in advance

Sure it does need that you demand a reliable guarantor from whoever you intend leasing it out to, preferably someone working in the public civil service with a photocopy of his/her ID card, driver's licence or international passport and passport photographs attached on the document of agreement made out in triplicate copies. These triplicate copies is to shared amongst you(lessor), the lessee(whom you are handling the tricycle to) and the other to the guarantor. Also get a lawyer to do the legal framework for the contractual agreement stating vividly, the terms and conditions binding this venture. Preferably you can make the annoucement in your place of worship and require that the pastor,priest or whoever in charge of the church MUST avow the intergrity of the lessee as a criteria before it can be given out to the person. That way, you investment will be in safe hands and guaranteed and you can keep smiling to the bank. Thanks
