The Untold Reality of Valentine Day
Who made it a Valentine’s Day? Who coined it lovers day? Could it be February 14th I learnt that it was not even Valentine himself. Then who must that be? Alright it is when the lover buys a gift and the other response by also giving a gift. I thought a gift does not demand an exchange.

Should we love once and live the rest of our lives trying to love? Love should be mark by life and not by a day, seasons or months. While we mean to celebrate love we actually end up celebrating 14th February.

The Untold Reality of Valentine Day

It startles me when ideally love is meant to be an excellent way of life becomes tied to a day. Every love
that is determined by days and seasons will only change in the course of time. Were they lovers at first or they just became lovers on February 14th? Or could they have had no thought about love until sunrise of February 14th. Where have they been all this while?? I opened my only to see lovers and their gifts but I couldn’t see sacrifice. I saw lovers holding themselves so tight while we assume they are in love.

The Untold Reality of Valentine Day

We cannot deny the facts that many uncertainty arrive our minds on the eve of February 14th especially for those who give a good thought about it. I will ready speak than watch true love die in silence

Well, Valentine’s Day is the day when all the best love quotes; love sms are on sale when greeting cards seems to have arrived the market though without an idea of true essence. If you have ever been to Valentine’s Day you would see love been sold for a rape, when lust is traded for a piece of emotions, where lovers meet and both actually have nothing to give each other but buy from a third party?

The Untold Reality of Valentine Day

I look through the window and I see a brand new day the crock crew and while the lizard nodded its head saying another day is here. The cool morning breeze traveled from one part of the earth still making it sound I am breeze. The sun was the first to see the bright side of the day and the moon went to take a rest. Then I saw humans running from one part of the earth looking for who to love while another part are in search of whom to love them. Then I came out only to see that they were looking for each other still they missed each other. Those that found one did that only by assumption because love was in their hand and far from their hearts. In their hands were heart shapes of various colours and sizes some were written.

The simple truth has it that; you can only love truly when you know the truth because truth always goes to the heart while lies/stories stays in the head.

Now can you sincerely answer this question: is your love tied to February 14th?
