The glo me to you service has caused me serious problems. I made a transfer of #500 to my Uncle some weeks ago, the amount was deducted from my account. But to my surprise, when my uncle returned from work he asked me whether someone paid me to set him up in his place of work. We called customer care and they promised to return my #500. Nothing has been done. And I foolishly tried it on a different line yesterday another hard earned #500 gone. I started using this service since it inception it used to be very good, but now they have problem. Fellow nairalanders BEWARE!

Thanks. A similar thing happened to me yesterday when i tried to send some amount of money to my friends number. Funny enough when i called costumes service i was told that it was still young as it was just one hour later because others were more than a week old. Lol

It has happened to me 4 times with their usual promise of refunds, but, i have not seen that yet. The total amount they are owing me now is N550. Though i still use the me2u till date, i hope they will refund me soon. Glo, be warned.
