Just 1 little mistake in this story, someone that contested τ̲̅ȍ be the VC of a university can never be the registrar. Its only academicians that can become the VC of a university likewise its only administrators that can be the registrar. its also not likely for the registrar τ̲̅ȍ be a prof.
