last week the emir of Katagum Alhaji(Dr) Muhammad kabir Umar CON appointed Alhaji Abdullahi Shehu Jarma as new Jarman katagum. Abdullahi is a cousin to late Ibrahim M. Jarma former controller General of Nigerian Prison service who was assasinated by unknown gunmen in his residence in Azare headquater of Katagum LGA of Bauchi state last year.The late Jarma is a man of honour whose intergrity was never in doubt, and hope the new Jarma would emulate his late uncle in serving humanity.
