cement business is highly profitable especially if you are able to get distributorship license like me (sorry for been immodest), also I must be sincere that as profitable as it was , it has its own potential risk. like debt, theft and the master of it is fake suppliers, someone can call you that my name is Ibirogba, Idalo Idalo, Ajimobi and all sought names to make you think they are well to do people. if you allow your greed to override you, you may go bankrupt for instance when you are asked to supply three trucks of cement at festac and pick your check in Badagry, and when you get to Badagry you discover it is a post dated check having delivered the goods. I have countless experience with scammers both online and offline. my advice for those who are venturing into cement business is to target their immediate environment or insist on pre-order arrangement for strangers and bulk orders. for any question or concern drop it here

Don't be afraid to loose customers if the customer is requesting for Debt. another thing some customer do is to patronize you like seven to ten times with good deal, after that what you get is differed payment. if you start your business with 300 bags and you sell 150 bags on credit how will you re-stock? be careful even your close relative don't offer credit it may ruin your business if you don't have a strong financial base.
