Reports To:Principal Marketing Manager
Job Summary
Assist the Principal Marketing Manager in cross-functional collaborations aimed at developing marketing value propositions and bringing them to market
Principal Functions

Assist the Principal Marketing Manager in the development of marketing plans and management of the marketing elements of the offers including naming, positioning, marketing brief development, execution, and socialization

Collaborate with sales, training, communication, finance, and operations to ensure flawless execution

Assist the Principal Marketing Manager to ensure maximum market penetration, growth and profitability through effective implementation of segment strategies

Liaise with the Brands and Communications function to define effective channels for communicating defined/approved initiatives aimed at creating awareness of some goods in the market

Propose market research areas aimed at acquiring intelligence on the preferences and behavioural patterns of the country’s market

Propose new product initiatives as well as options for convergence

Provide inputs and make recommendations on the development of viable market penetration and market share acquisition frameworks for organization

Educational Requirements:
First degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline.

Experience & Skills:
Good knowledge of competitive environment, consumer trends and trade practices in the industry.
Between one (1) and two (2) years relevant work experience

Interested candidates must be highly focussed and success-driven, strategic and analytical in thinking, possess excellent communication skills (oral and written), and possess high levels of integrity and self regulation.
