Nairaland, I am seeking to find out the current rate for having an agent collect rent on my behalf for a property I just bought in Abuja. The house is already rented out and occupied but an agent will be collecting the rent on my behalf. What kind of fee will he be entitled to based on Nigeria rental laws. |
