@Op
You're 7 months gone! Why do you have to wait this long? Don't travel via Heathrow o I take Obatala beg you, just board a direct flight because UK are now very strict with pregnant travellers.

It's my first pregnancy and not very visible. I waited this long because I will be staying with my sister in law who is a single mum with 3kids. I don't want to over stay my welcome.

From your posts and the associating advice which you welcomed, I can see that you are intending to outsmart the US immigration. But I like to warn you that you are putting yourself in danger of a life-time ban from the USA. I WARN YOU.

I have no intension to run away without paying my bills. B1/B2 visa covers medicals provided you pay your bills.

Then why are you concerned about about the visibility of the pregnancy when you said: "it's my first pregnancy and not very visible".
Anyway, just do what is right and you would be just fine.

My cousin get banned permanently from U.S for the same thing you are trying to do. They are very serious about people having anchor babies in U S.

If you want to travel during pregnancy, you'd better consult your doctor. I think only he need to give the final decision about your travel. From my side I can advise you to get yourself a medical insurance that may help you in case if something happens. Also I often read the guide to touristic safe travel that you can easily find in the internet. For example I often check this online platform travelsafe-abroad.com. Here you can find the article about how safe is united states for travel?
