So true, people with access to good antivirals tend to be living longer with HIV than those with Cancer therefore I believe there must have been some backtracking in the progression of the disease. Recently a toddler in the US was born with HIV has not been cleared of the disease through antivirals. However, this does not mean that you should not protect yourselves through safe sex.

Cancer is more difficult to cure and when you are affected by it there seems to be no miracle cure on the horizon.

Not one of you is bright enough to explain how a 'US bioweapon' could be made that'd indiscriminately tackle all humans, including Americans. If this was true [however ridiculous] then Dr Robert's plan has failed because HIV has been largely controlled by anti retroviral therapy. Deaths due to AIDS has greatly reduced worldwide esp in areas with access to ARVs. What is the problem with HIV now is that its spread is still high, not its deaths. Cancer, Malaria, cardiovascular diseases cause much more deaths worldwide. Not AIDS.
