The file am having problem with is a confirmation letter of American Vilsa lotter (Divisity Visa). The file is normally saved when you submbmit your application. It contain vita information which applicant will use to confirm the status of his/her entry. I have used this to confirm am a winner. Now I have notification letter to go and confirm again my date of interview. But unfortunately it has been deleted. I used a software to recover it but the file is damaged. It opened but all I can see is un-readables codes. Can somebody help me to repair this file with htm as extension? Can an expert look at it for me for possible repair? This is very urgent please. Iam ready to pay up to N20k for this please. I attached the file with this message.

sorry boss, the software you used might not have recovered the file fully or might have mixed the file with another one. the mime type is broken and I don't think that file you attached is htm file, it is either a binary file (a video or a picture) or a compressed file (.zip or .rar).
I tried reading the file manually using a simple file serializing program, I only got this "0��
�".

I can bring d computer hard disk if anyone has a superior recovery software
