Fried instant noodles is one kind of noodle, the distinct deference between instant noodles and other noodles is the drying process. Fried instant noodles are dehydrated by oil frying, which no only make the prprecutave a long duration (above 6 months), but also make the product completely aging, and then the finished product can be immediately cooked with hot water but no need to boil it. The main raw material is wheat flour (protein containing is above 10%), other material included edible salt and edible soda (NaHCO3). Palm oil is always used for frying, since it has merits of nice anti-oxygenation, stable function, durable, economical.


The process of fried instant noodles is not complex, since the equipment has been standardization through an automated production line. The whole line running full automatic from raw material and packing under PLC and encoder in-phase controlling system, which make the whole production procedure mechanized, including add how many water and flour, flour mixing time, aging time, steaming time and frying time, etc. The technical parameters such like temperature are all set in the electric control panel in advance, and the worker just need to press the button. This is a production line with high autoimmunization, stable function and easy operation; you don’t need to worry about how to control it. The other one is cup/bowl packing, it is more complex than bags packing, first you should get the cup or bowls form professionally manufacturer, and this packing machine can be semi-automatic and all-automatic, it is very expensive, price of semi-automatic one is 4~5 times as bags packing machine, say nothing of all automatic one but we add but the two option at no extra cost to the buyer. Since your project is new, and you are not familiar with the market, we highly recommend you choose bag packing, after you test the market, you can consider cup/bowl packing.

C. General Introduction of the Machines
1. In order to save investment for a start up business, all the food-contact parts are made of food-grade stainless steel. This cause no difference on products’ quality with the one in the photo, but it saves a lot investment.
2. All the electricity standards are made by EC standard: 3-phase, 380V/50Hz. If it is different with customer’s country’s electricity standard, we can change it. But a certain amount of the charges are needed.
3. For the decorticating part. Since the embryo has aflatoxin, if you prefer to remove it. Then we need to change the decorticating machine into a breaking-into-halves machines. It is used to break peanuts into halves in order to remove the aflatoxin and also decorticate. This machine cost €17,320.00.
4. The grinding machine can produce different fitness of peanut butter, from crackle butter to very smooth butter.
5. The filling, sealing and capping machines are medium sizes. EU stantered.
6. Estimated Workers Needed: The plant have 5 production line and each line will need 8 – 10
7. Space Needed: The machines can be positioned not only in a straight line, but also be positioned by the condition of your workshop. 1500M2 is quite enough.
8. After Sale Service: We make our warranty one year. But we offer lifelong service from processing technologies and mechanical support. After warranty, only cost of spare parts is charged.
9. Installation Stuff: When the machines are transported to your factory, we’ll send one engineer to your factory to help with: 1) Installation 2) Commissioning 3) Technology Transfer 4) Workers’ Training. But we shall ask that all the round-tickets, food, hotel, and transportation in your city on your account, and pay USD 300.00/day as his salary.
10. Price Term: are in Euro if customer prefer. When the business is made, we’ll ask our freighter for the freighter to the port you named, and prepare the shipment for you.
11. Payment Term: Unconditional Letter Of Credit, Promissory Note or Bank Guarantee before shipment; Or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight as deposit, and opened by international famous bank.
