For some days now i have not been able to log into my Cpanel at www.motivationarena.com/cpanel
. Each time i try to login, after the authentication process and login successful i will be told that my IP address has been changed.
I used Wifi Internet connected for my previous login but i am now using my own airtel modem and i can't login with that.
I only succeeded once and a pop-out window told me that "my login session as expired" : I should either click OK to login again or CANCEL to stay on the page.

Please What should be the problem.

It's a network thing. .Some networks do NOT support cPanel/Port 2082 reason why you keep getting the error.

Yeah. Use any secure ip. Its cos your ip is blank, so airtel changes your ip as you surf, faced that prob on airtel. You are logged in and before cpanel index loads completely you are logged out.

I get similar problem wen my internet connection is very poor, but as soon I changed to a very good connection it stopped, try browsing with a very strong internet connection

Your host can fix this for you. They only need to tweak their cPanel security and reduce the IP strictness to lose. This means cPanel will still restrict by IP, but this time with range not exact IP.

So if your logged in with 123.123.112.122 even if your IP changes, it will recognise you as long as you are within the range 123.123.*.*

Mostly your network changes IP within a range. Cheers... Your problem solved.

Clear your cache, cookie and history. and then try to open your cpanel. it should open.
