I don't think it's a registered official car. The plate number may have been swapped with a private one just to deter policemen from stopping the ride or seeking 'egunje'/settlement - this is done especially if someone wants to embark on a long journey or an area known for too many police post... I know cuz I've done it before #Wise move 3 Likes |

It may well be an official car the number plate says Presidency. I have seen many luxury cars and SUVs all supposedly government rides. Apparently no consideration is given whether the types of cars purchased with tax payers money are ostentatious or not, modesty in this regard is practically dead. 5 Likes |

Whats wrong with having Porsche as Official car ? Are we in recession in Nigeria ? Last time I checked, this is not Cyprus. We are an oil nation goddamnit. Its time we start living large in this wonderful country with near-zero tax regime and stop lamenting, some South African and Ghanians keep messing with us cos we are too humble. Let us show them we live beyond forking $2 per day. LOL!!! 13 Likes |

More Porsche in Nigeria means more money for the Stuttgart based company. Porsche earned so much money last year and paid every employee a bonus of €7,000. Shall we allow our politicians to continue wasting our money on luxury goods? 2 Likes |

In Porsche's homeland of Germany, it would be a political suicide for a German politician using any Porsche models as an official car. Why should it be otherwise in a 3rd world Nigeria? We must learn to live within our means.. 12 Likes |
