I watched Rome all right. But the level of nudity in Rome is no where as extreme as that of Spartacus. And violence in Rome is almost non-existent...at least not up to Spartacus caliber.

Anyways, brains behind the series are using the immoral history of Roman empire to lure audience to their show with those tempting graphics on offer.

AMvanquish: For me I personally hate series! I can't stand watchin episode after episode. I don't have that luxury of time. From 24, to Prison break , after watching two episodes I get fed up. This was until I watched game of thrones. I used 1 whole weekend to watch season 1. And quickly got to downloading season 2. To be honest! The sheer fact that it is unpredictable got me hooked! You cannot predict whose head would be cut off next, whose scheming would work out, infact its just like Nigerian politics. You never know what would happen next. Its the only series that I completed a whole season! Can't wait for season 3. Just my 2 cents.

la furia: I prefer GOT. The violence in spartacus is too much. I stopped watching from season two and besides spartacus was to predicticable. Whereas game of throne was truly a game no one knew how it will end. GOT keep making you asking why and how. I never believed Khal drogo and stark will die, that's the beauty GOT. if you love violence scenes soo much, well spartacus is for you.

ijebabe: Game of Thrones is obviously better. The main thing about Spartacus I know that gets the guys going is the sex, which appears more graphic than in GOT.
In terms of the script, dialogue, acting, production, locations, props, GOT wins!
