We urgently need a very competent Maintenance Officer to take charge of the Company offices and facilities:-


DUTIES
Ensure adequate and effective maintenance of the Company’s offices and facilities – walls, electrical, plumbing, water supply, cleanliness, sewage disposal etc.
Identify repairs works and give specifications to contractors to quote
Work with the Purchasing Department to evaluate contractors with the right price and right quality of work
Supervise Contractors materials and workmanship.
Certify work done and issue certificates
Supervise and ensure the cleanliness of the Company offices and premises
Ensure constant supply of water for general use and fuel for the Generators
Supervise the maintenance staff
Carry out all other duties as may be assigned

QUALIFICATION
B. Sc. Civil Engineering or Quantities – an advantage
At least 5 years cognate experience
Matured, dedicated and willing to work extra hours
