This offer will only make sense if the bonus is stretch to 7 days validity and allowed to be used in calling other networks. This way, subscribers will not have to be in a hurry to use the allocated bonus, thereby freeing the network of congestion.
Remember, this was one of the things that caused NCC to ban all the networks operators from continuing with their promo last year. So, this is an unwise decision by Glo. Thank you.

What country is enjoying cheaper call rates. You talk nonsense boi! Be like say you never make call for Europe before. Mobile calls and landline calls are different. Land line calls are cheaper but not mobile. Nigerian call rates are excellent. Majority of my calls are between 3 Naira and 5 Naira per minute. With these new rates, that effectively crashed it by half.

I agree we need better quality not necessarily better prices for calls. Prices are not bad.
As for Internet, we still have a long way to go both in speed, MB limits and prices. But dem don try for calls.

Reading people quoting you from behind, I just knew it was my post you quoted. Now, are you trying to justify this incentive promo from Glo?
In case you've forgotten. There was a time in this country that, this same Glo were offering us 24 hours FREE ON-NET CALLS for just N40 a day, in a short lived 'Biig Dash' tariff plan. If they could do that over 4 years ago, what stops them from making the validity of this current promo 7 days?
Again, if you must know why Glo is very dear to my heart, you will understand why I usually criticised them whenever they get a particular product/promo wrong. They should therefore sit up.
My submission to this matter is that, no matter how hard you tried to justify this promo, Glo didn't get it right. Thank you.

Etisalat is good in extending bonuses to other networks. At times, they allow u to use a half of the bonus for on net and the other for general.

What kind of rubbish promo are they doing when their services are so bad, infact, glo need to sit down and plan how to improve their service. Personally, I don't need their promo.

Glo will never seize to amaze me. Can you believe that these guys are running another secret promo (data) called 'Happy Return Data Offer'? It gives 5MB data volume valid for 48hrs, though not clear how you can benefit but, if you ever receive any message to that effect then, you are good to go.
