Why are most women strict and aggressive more than men? I thought the females are suppose to be soft and tender hearted creature. It is the males that suppose to be hard on very things, issues they come across. But in our world it is the other way round. Most women will never let go anything small issue/thing that comes their way.

So fellows do you also observed this, please I want to know what is causing this.

No condition is permanent now.  It is time for women to be strong and men to be soft for a change.  I don't have any problem with that at all!

It is not a crime to be strict and aggressive. . . infact if I were a guy, I would it sexy.  As I woman, I consider maself strict and aggressive. . . that way trifling pieces of shit stay away from me and only people in their right faculties dare come near me.  I really do not have time for trailer trashes!

It's simply your own observation and not a general rule.
Women are usually aggressive and hard at petty issues that men might be all willing to ignore, esp if the opposing side is a woman.
But don't try men in 'Big' issues or games that either invole a lot of money, power or influence . . .
Then you might see men in all their wit and aggression.

Being NICE gets you no where its good to show no mercy.
