Folks like you make it difficult for genuine US tourist visa applicants to secure American tourist visas.Did you tell the CO you intended to work with a visit visa?A US visit visa thread exists on this section,and you cannot claim to be oblivious of the fact that one cannot work with a visit visa.

In all honesty @ poster you will be lucky to get a McDonalds job. A HND is is not well regarded in most countries (Nigeria +USA). If you are I.T inclined then i suggest you start taking Microsoft or Cisco certifications to bolster your HND.You might be lucky to find a U.S college that will consider your credits from the HND and then allow you top up to a full degree. Without which your job applications will be used to practice basketball shots with the office bin!

Of a total of 2,316,123 job vacancies in the whole of America only 109 will consider a HND and you bet it won't be a Nigerian one.
