Siena, Ikenna, Trac and every petrol-head please come to my rescue. I spotted a leak in my power-steering system which I took to a mechanic to fix. In order to make sure, I bought a new PS-pump so I wouldn't have to worry nor encounter any problems, at least not any time soon. The day the mechanic fixed the whole thing, I could steer with ease and the ATF remained static, no reduction or frequent 'toppings'. The day after it came to my notice that the steering stays soft in the morning but after about 30 mins drive/when the engine gets hot - the steering becomes very hard to turn but when I check the ATF, it remains at the appropriate level and no froth. I'm actually confused, please do help with what could possibly be wrong and help find a resolve. Honda Accord 2004 I4 Engine Auto Trans. |
