I know some people will be familiar with this video. though since 2009, but it's still fresh and relevant.

I would like to relate this with our country. I believe the major reason why tribalism is endemic in Nigeria is because some people from a particular tribe has failed to see the member of the other tribe in her totality. Rather we feast on only one part of the story. The igbos love money, The Yorubas are to dirty, the Hausas are heartless, e.t.c It doesn't matter if it's true or not. What matters is that There should be a balance of stories.

The igbos love money but they are strong willed, the yorubas are dirty but ..........., that should be the way a story should be told; Both sides of the story are covered, both negative and positive.

I believe in making a little difference. I watched the video and i was re-orientated.I have shared my experience of "my single story" on my blog and i decided to gather stories of people who were victims of "single stories" and publish on my blog. I already have a story from a lady on twitter and it will be published on Saturday.

If you want to help spread this message with me. you can see more details here.
