Well that's actually for you to decide.But for an LLC, u ar required to have at least 2directors.
Now off the record, Its okay for you to include a relative or close friend as long as the person has the interest. The way you check such is through the share ratio. You can have 90% while the other person is left with 10%. That way, you control majority of the company's shares.Making u the major share holder
