[color=#000099][/color] Two Islamic clerics and two other residents of Ngamdu, a border town between Borno and Yobe States, were killed, weekend, by unidentified gunmen suspected to be Boko Haram members during an attack on the town. Ngamdu is located 100
kilometres, west of Maiduguri,
the Borno State capital, on the
road to Damaturu, the Yobe
State capital. The gunmen were said to have
stormed the town at about
9:30pm on Saturday in two
motorcycles, armed with
knives and machetes, tying the
hands of their victims to the back before slaughtering them
like rams. A cleric identified as Mallam
Sheriff and another cleric,
were killed by the bandits,
who were said to have also
slaughtered two other

You people should not be worried about this ugly incident because sultan will ask federal government to grant the murderers amnesty and other boko haram sponsors will support him.

What I deduce from the story is that those murdered clerics probably gave information to a trusted traditional ruler to pass on to the authorities or they gave the authorities info and they were snitched on.
Its a risky business giving info to authorities in this country.
Its obvious if there is an effective method of passing information to the appropriate authorities anonymously, the issue of unrest in the north and most crimes would drastically reduce.
Boston bombers and many criminals are caught with active participation of the citizens.
