A woman named Reshma was pulled out from inside the collapsed building in Bangladesh after she miraculously survived 17 days of being trapped in the rubble as death toll from the collapse reached over 1,000.

Crowds converged at the site of the hour long rescue operation, hoping and praying that the woman is rescued alive. Shouts of joy erupted as Reshma was finally freed.

With almost no sign of bodily injury, Reshma was rushed to the Combined Military Hospital in Savar.

Military officials confirmed she is in shockingly good condition as her mother and sister rushed to the hospital to meet her.

Reshma's story brings some good news in the midst of a very sad situation.
