There is no "stress" in clearing a car. I can give you the phone numbers of a number of agents who will clear your car and deliver it to you (in Lagos) for between ₦230K and ₦240K. I am not in Lagos and I don't have anyone in Lagos now to send it to or assign the task of overseeing the sale.
