Are there any boxing fans on Nairaland. Did you get to see the Hopkins/Calzaghe fight?

I saw the fight. I placed a £20 bet with my friend that Calzaghe would win and he won. However though, I personally felt as if Hopkins won the fight hands down. He made Calzaghe fight him on the inside where he is strongest and he controlled the fight from start to finish. Basically Hopkins style was too awkward for Calzaghe. Also Calzaghe was not able to fight on the back foot. I really don't understand why the judges scored the fight the way they did. I had Hopkins ahead by at least two points. I thought Hopkins won 6 rounds and Calzaghe won 5 as well as 1 draw. Factor in the knock-down in the first round and Hopkins wins the fight by 2 points easily. Anyway, I won my £20 so no wahala.
