A friend of mine asked me to help her get a gud bed-sitter. After weeks of on/off search, i met an agent who lives 2 houses away from mine. He said i must register before he'l show me the house and i asked 'what if i don't like the house' and he said i wud like it. On getting to the vacant apartment, it looks like an old mama kitchen that was converted jst to make profit. Damp floor, damp wall, window eaten by termite, smoked wall etc. I nor talk. We went further to discuss price. After trying to settle @ a price, the Landlord(a man wu wud be in his 60s) said i will #20, 000 for drink money. I shock. Nai i ask myself, 'which kind drink dis man wan buy with 20k? Nairalanders, make una help me ask google. Pls, share ur experience with agents n co. Lets go...
