The answer can't be nobody because it has a cause.

In view of this we can see that the "boss also grandpa" started the cause which we can trace last to the "little boy".

Critically examine the 'first cause' to the 'last cause' assumption can be make;

1. What if the boss(grandpa) didn't call?
2. What if the information didn't reach the little boy?

With this assumptions 'information' start from 'boss' and recirculated back to the start 'boss'. So with this if the information from the start cause 'boss' can be cut off the whole informations will be lost.

I said the little boy becox he could as well spend his time with his parents and not his grandfather(boss). His call to his granddad changed everything.
