Please can someone explain this thing to me, i know it might sound stupid but sometime i get tired of it.
I want to ask something about our gsm service providers  MTN, GLo and the rest of them.
Their Agent talks like programmed machines, they only know onething to ask when you call the costumer care line which is:
                                 HELLO!! THANK YOU FOR CHOOSING, (MTN OR GLO NETWORK), MY NAME IS, HOW MAY I HELP YOU?


that how all of them respond to calls,    please i want to ask wheather MTN and the rest of them employed roborts to be answering peoples call.
well you guys and ladies should help me talk about this.

They get Paid to behave / act robotic, so what else. .
