My boss wants me to participate in Forever Living Products business. It's really not my thing and I've refused numerous request in the past. To be honest. I'm not very informed about the business, I just reject them at face value. How do I decline my boss' invitation without getting myself in trouble considering that she's a very vindictive person. Secondly, are the rewards really as juicy as they claim?

I feel for you!. From your write up, it shows that you dont have passion for Multi Level Marketing Business. This business involve commitment, ability to convince people to buy or join, cash for buying the products, wisdom to build & groom your team etc. As for the business, Yes it is good but it is not perfectly good as people claimed because it is rigorous to breakthrough!. Before you venture into any business or career, make sure you have passion for it, your passion will cover up for the challenges you might face. If you still doubt your passion for this business, pls stay off from it!. Regards your boss, he or she just needed you to join in order to collect bonus on you & your downline i.e team. If it is a real love to see you succeeding, why cant she kick start (sponsor) the business for you?. My opinion, 1. approach her in your right mind, 2. praise her for the business idea. Finally, tell her you have a personal commitment for now to pay up for, but you might join the team later. This will reduce the threat and save your job. Best of luck!.
