Is 2% Per Month A Good Roi On N1.0 Million Investment? by landt: 10:27am On May 30, 2013
@ A'll house,

I invested N1 million somewhere and I have been receiving N20, 000.00 monthly for the past one year now but justi of recent , I started to think that the monthly return is just too small when compared to the fund that I invested. Please is this a GOOD deal or not?

It is actually a very good return if ur principal is still intact.

20K per month means 24% per annum. No bank gives that for a fixed deposit. IMO, it's good.

I think from the response so far, I should just continue collecting my 2%. The principal is still intact and I can collect it anytime, only that if I do that, it will affect the business that is generating it. Infact, the firm is still looking for more fund because the demand for their service is far more than the available fund. The firm is into Saving and loans (The loan is mostly for market women).

@makdel,

Can you please shed more light on the business that gives 20% ROI on monthly bases? I might be interested.
