while christianity might be a relatively new "religion" you must understand that the principle of sacrifice upon which Jesus came to die is derived from what we know as Judaism which is probably one of the most ancient religions. therefore your claim that the concept of sacrifice is borrowed is completely erroneous. also note that i said the spiritual world is governed by principles one of which is sacrifice for atonement of sin. principles are principles regardless of who is practising them. those practising evil understand these principles just as much as we Christians do. hell was made for all evil things.
