Ingredients -BUNS

2 1/2 CUPS ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
1 TEASPOON SALT
1 TEASPOON BAKING POWDER
3 EGGS
1/2 CUP OF SUGAR
1/4 CUP OF WATER (I OFTEN ADD CARNATION MILK TO GIVE SMOOTHNESS, I don't like it to be too crunchy!)
1/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
AND OIL FOR FRYING


Start by mixing the flour, salt, and sugar together.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, water, melted butter and milk together
Add the mixed liquid to your mixed flour. Mix together with your hand, maybe about 10-15 strokes (don't make it too smooth like puff-puff).
Begin to fry your Buns wink

Wonderful recipe dear. pls how do I make the buns a bit hard n crunchy? Do I add more baking powder and lesS butter?

I really don't know if you need to add or lesser any of the ingredients. Try the recipe, you will be surprise how hard and crunchy the buns look. I will make some later and post the picture. Good luck wink

Pls is there any kind of preservative i can use when frying the buns.... Just to make it last for commercial purpose ?
